And Moses said, “Thus saith Yahweh: About the middle of the night I am going out into the midst of Egypt

and every firstborn in the land of Egypt shall die, from the firstborn of Pharaoh sitting upon his throne, until the firstborn of the she-slave that is behind the millstones, and every firstborn of livestock.
